Mercury uses standard screws and this product uses M4 metric. I was able to message the company on a saturday and they shipped everything i needed on monday. So the customer service was pretty good. This is a good aftermarket for a Mercury control box. It's for Gen 2 cables. Only time will tell how long it holds up but everything seems ok and well built. For the value, it's worth giving it a shot.
