Not only does it have four heat settings, the size is a perfect fit as it actually surrounds the neck and covers most of one's back. This is the best product I have used to help relieve tight muscles in my neck, shoulders and back. You can use it lying down or sitting at the computer. It is vastly superior to a wheat bag or microwavable heat pack. It is easy to select which heat option suits the best. This has just enough heat on the "High" setting to allow me to give it a 5-star rating. I have no need for the other two settings.
