    Shipped poorly, came with three broken pieces and it would not function, company tried to do a return outside eBay over the phone. Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts . I see why their rating is so low.

    The HP is very reliable.

    The HP Inkjet Pro 8720 is a workhorse of a printer. I've had one in black for years and it has performed beautifully through the thousands of copies it has made. I liked it so much, I bought another just like it.
