    We wanted to ship to Korea, but the seller said eBay didn't allow it and suggested we use an external website to pay. we requested an eBay transaction, and only then did they open the option to ship to Korea. We paid the UPS shipping fee (including Certified Customs Professional fees). However, the seller used USPS without prior consultation. When we filed a claim, they blamed eBay for everything. We have to pay CCP fees, which we wouldn't have had to pay if it had been shipped by UPS.
