The coin did have some manufacturing blemishes, like a tiny random bump, but I was happy with it anyway. It was wrapped well with an extra plastic wrap from its original packaging. Cost was reasonable.

I ordered a wheelchair back and was sent a seat cushion by the same manufacturer. (The boxes are nearly identical outside of the side sticker, and the cushion was in good condition). I requested a return through the official ebay process and received a shipping label the next day. The return was processed as soon as it arrived back to them. Overall fine, but I still need a back.
