The famous arcade baseball series continues its run with R.B.I. Baseball '93, the third R.B.I. game released on the Genesis platform. The big news is that 700 actual players from 28 teams are included, with rosters and statistics based on the 1992 season. Not enough for you? The rosters for every division winner since 1984 (plus All-Star squads) have also been added, bringing the total number of teams to 68. While a Major League Baseball license is absent, all 28 stadiums are modeled after actual ballparks. <br><br>Game modes include the following: Home Run Derby, Fielding Practice, Create Teams (you can select any player from each roster to form your own 'dream team'), Exhibition and Game Breakers--where you are challenged to complete 17 game scenarios like "Big Comeback" or "Lost Cause." Three different difficulty and fielding levels are also available to make the game as challenging as you want it to be. A password save feature allows you to continue a Best of Seven, Divisional or "All Teams" series, or you can take on a friend for a single game.Product Identifiers

HOF baseball game
I had this game new back in ‘93 and loved it. Has accurate stadiums for all teams, and even classic pennant winners back to ‘84! How many other baseball games have this? When batting you can move around the box a lot, and pitching lets you control the movement of the pitch the whole way to the catcher so you can really get some wicked curves. Current rosters are from the ‘92 season, so Bonds is still on the Pittsburgh. You can make custom teams though, so you can trade him to SF (or any other player anywhere.) Defense is like the NES R.B.I. where all fielders move together and can be tricky at first, but I remember I was good at it back in the day.
