Bad quality
Came in the mail, I was extremely excited to open this proclaimed master of headsets. However, as soon as I plugged it into my pc, problems arose and my hopes quickly disappeared. The cord designed to connect the headset to the pc quickly broke after a few uses. I would not be able to speak or hear my self. To combat the issue, I bought a brand new separate connector that solved the issue. However, a few days passed and the headphones started acting weirdly, I would echo, not hear anything at random, and even my friends would not hear me speak. I tried solving everything, from going inside the pc itself to trying different headphones to see the result. As it turns out, terrible quality headsets, I have returned to using my old headphones, which for 30 USD work out better than a kraken pro. Although I must admit, it is somewhat comfortable, which beat my old headsets by 1 mark.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
