    Good quality and brand new..... value was ok, I guess.... they look great, but I think think they're a little to tight for being a 38. I have a 40 that I can stretch the front and have nearly 3 inches of room around my belly. These I cant even button... . Good thing I'm working on losing weight..... I believe these are more like a 36 really..... make sure you order a little bigger than you usually do, folks
