    Great Product For Help Sleeping

    My Naturopath recommended this product for sleep. I was waking up almost panicky after ~ 4 hrs and taking this really helped! If I wake up before 3 a.m. I take 2 more..if taken after 4, I felt a little groggy in the morning : )

    Not good for hotflashes

    The one thing in which I CAN complain about is this cortisol helps you GAIN weight. When it was recommended to me, it was to help with hot flashes. It never did and my appetite increased with a vengeance. In my experience, don't go to someone that does not have years experience or knowledge of what the heck she is talking about because she does not believe in doctors! My mistake for listening to her. Turmeric is better to add to your food and to cut down hot flashes.
