    Good quality scar gel

    If you follow the instructions and use the gel daily for scars, this product will work and eliminate the scar. The only drawback is the price and size of the tube. Whether it's new or at a discount on sites like ebay.com, etc, the small size won't last long enough for the entire treatment so you'll have to buy 3 or 4 to last for the entire 3-6 weeks for new scars or 6 months for older scars.

    Scars

    Having had several surgeries from an accident I was in, they produced all types of unsightly scars. Mederma PM and Medermal gel together lighten the the scar to where it is barely visible. Saved my life. I can wear revealing clothes again.

    Softens Post Surgical Scars

    I have been using Mederma for about two months. It has helped to keep my new, post surgical, scars from hardening and crusting over. It also seems to hasten the healing of them. It drys quickly, and has a pleasant scent. It doesn't stain clothes. The price on eBay is about $10 less than at chain drug stores.

    So far, really great!

    I was unfortunately in an accident that cut my face- pretty badly. So far, it sealed back together nicely, I guess it was nicely split? And fortunately, I had the Mederma in time to begin using right after the skin was good and closed up like they suggest. I must say, I’m feeling better about the situation as it is certainly fading already at its edges into fainter red lines. There’s a way to go though. It’s not easy to end up with scars sometimes but I suppose we remember they could be worse. I also used this product years ago for stretch marks after kids and I didn’t use it as quickly as I would’ve liked that time around. It also helped the older and more healed too though. In that case, something to think of is the cost for a larger area of skin than a more localized scar is. Plus, ...
