There was no effort to turn down the ferrule to ensure it was flush with the hosel. This wouldn’t affect play, and it isn’t the reason I returned the item — but these little things do matter. I only returned because I was able to source an alternative locally. Overall, this was a good experience. I’ve bought from the seller before and will definitely buy from them soon.
