      The product was exactly as stated and delivery right on time. BUT - the paper folded-over 9x12 envelope tore because of the non-flat charger inside. The charger was wrapped in bubble wrap and was 1/3 sticking out of the shipping envelope. It's a wonder it did not fall out and was lost within the postal system. Please consider using a tear proof plastic like shipment envelope for your shipments that are not flat. The envelope was stamped fragile but that made no difference in the handling.
