As if it was removed from the dryer in a ball, and thrown in the bag and mailed. Lovely once I ironed it, but not sure if I should've received more of a discount for me ironing the item they're selling. Unfortunately you did not contact me with photos of the issue and allow me to make amends prior to posting negative comments. Hopefully you will allow that courtesy in the future to other sellers.
