    I received my order 5 days late, I contacted the seller because FedEx had received the tracking info but it took 3 days for any movement. I contacted the seller and they did reply with "we are trying to have them rush the shipment" but received no response after that. I was happy with the quality of my item, once I received it of course, but I do wish there were installation instructions and better mounting hardware.
