I have a had a couple of these houses ship with no issue. The purchase price was $450.00, plus shipping and taxes totaling $570.12. They are failing to take responsibility for the packaging, telling me that I should have requested more insurance, and that I need to take it up with FedEx. They offered me a refund of 25 dollars.
