Bible came in like-new condition; very pleased with purchase
I was a little concerned about purchasing a used Bible, but this one was about $8 less than a new one. It turned out to be a very good purchase, as the Bible arrived in like-new condition, with only a short dedication in the front that I whited-out and then replaced with the recipient's name. It looked fine. I do jail ministry and try to give out only new Bibles, but this was such a good deal I couldn't pass it up. This Bible is a must have for every Christian working a 12-step recovery program. Easy to read and understand. Applies scripture to the 12 steps in a relevant way. There are sidebars and notations throughout. A section on people in the Bible and how they relate to recovery. An index with various topic headings listing the pertinent scripture verses. Very thorough and comprehensive. I can't recommend this Bible enough. You will be Blessed and Happy you purchased it. It will be a HUGE help in one's recovery.
