The original label was removed so it was not easy to identify if this is the proper item - model, version, etc. I had to search for user manual online to find a way to reset it and the default settings that are usually printer on the fabric label. The seller responded almost immediately to my questions and was willing to help. Recommend. So far it is working good, the price was good too, but the shipping costs were high.

I also have to mention that it was packed nice and professional. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase, thanks to Supportive Electronic Service for having such great products and affordable pricing. Will certainly come back if I ever need something.

Packaging was very protected with a lot of bubble wrap inside so the motherboard would be more safe during transport. Product was almost as described in the pictures but apparently someone who was in charge of putting the motherboard in the package bented some of the motherboard cpu pins but thankfully i could arrange them back in place. Value was like a bargain! Would recommend this seller for future purchases!
