    Packaged well however Seller agreed via messages to a lower combined shipping cost before purchase. After payment, full shipping was paid and seller informed me combined shipping would no longer be applied. However, seller did ship the items together (as a combined shipment). When asked about refunding the difference to match the original agreed combined shipping amount we agreed on, the seller stated in messages they would not refund the difference.
