    The item I received was supposed to be NOS, instead I received a used set of spark plug wires. I contacted the seller about this and didn’t receive a response for over a week. Once I did receive a response and provide ample supporting evidence it took another week to get another response stating they would send me a full refund for my purchase. That was three weeks ago and I have not received any response since. Thankfully it’s not a lot of money but disappointing customer service.
