    Shipped poorly, came with three broken pieces and it would not function, company tried to do a return outside eBay over the phone. Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts . I see why their rating is so low.

    This Old Printer HP4100N is a Workhorse and I use another HP4000N for the last 23 years. Mike Taylor from Midwest Dynamics was very courteous and excellent to work with. He was a very extremely professional individual and an added asset to any organization. Mike sent to me two very small printer items for the HP4100N Tray 1 Paper Drawer.     Best value laser printer

    This is not my first HP LaserJet. I have owned 5Si, 4, 4V and others. This is the best, I think, for home use. I added an envelope feeder and duplex attachment, and bumped the RAM up and it is plenty fast. This one prints particularly clean but the speed difference from the 4000 and 4050 to the 4100 is dramatic.
