I did noticed the box was opened, which i thought it might be tampered with. I spoke to the seller and they reassured me that the packs were not tampered with, they also offered a partial refund for the confusion. I decided to trust them and kept the boxes and opened the packs. I can verify that the packs are not tampered with, i pulled multiple hits including the Gengar Illustration Rare.
