  • Great Art! Light on story.

Let me preface this by saying I've not been a Superman follower for many years. But I bought this because it was a big milestone in the mythos of Superman, and I thought I could appreciate that, if nothing else. Now, the stories are fair. But the artwork is great. There are some truly fantastic examples of how Superman has looked over the years. I did appreciate that. Seeing the different looks and art styles was the saving grace on the book for me. Buy it again? Probably not. But for a one-time keepsake...it's pretty good. Don't buy if you think this will be a valuable piece of Superman lore. I just don't think it is going there.
