    The seller marked the shoes as a child's size 9 and they are clearly not a size 9. They are around a size 6 or 7, so my daughter cannot use them at all. I contacted the seller and they told me that they would not refund me.

    Buyers claim is inaccurate. I didnt manufacture nor size the shoes and they were listed as what was stated on the bottom of the shoe. A picture of the bottom was also in the listing. My listing also does state that I do not accept returns which was mentioned to the buyer. The buyer then resorted to name calling and insults which was when I stopped communicating with the buyer.
