They were manhandled and sent that way! This is the most I ever spent on an item sight unseen. I may never use eBay again bcuz of this occurrence. Seller says he’s sorry but has not responded since I asked for what I paid for which was a complete and unbroken Santa’s castle from Rudolph. Very unhappy!
