    GREAT BOOK ON STRUCTURAL KINESIOLOGY

    I bought this book to help with getting fit, it has very helpful diagrams, clear explanation, . Even though it was second-hand, it came in very good condition and I have definitely made full use of it . Would recommend it to anyone interested in Structural Kinesiology.

    Information is well organized and well presented in this edition but having seen later editions there seems to have been a further enhancement in some areas as far as presentation goes but the information is still just as valid.
