Item came in the original box essentially press fit into another cardboard box with no protection between the two, but it came in perfect condition regardless. Communication was great. I had won the item on a Thursday and messaged them on Monday asking about potential ship dates. They pulled my order up and pulled it and shipped it the same day inquired.
