I ordered a wheelchair back and was sent a seat cushion by the same manufacturer. (The boxes are nearly identical outside of the side sticker, and the cushion was in good condition). I requested a return through the official ebay process and received a shipping label the next day. The return was processed as soon as it arrived back to them. Overall fine, but I still need a back.

Halligan tool is otherwise brand new as described. An absolutely insane value! Basically half the price of other websites. Shipping was good however usps screwed the pooch (no surprise) so give it time to arrive. Otherwise very happy 10/10 would buy from again A++++
