The basic LEGO bricks are the most versatile tool for building walls, buildings, and other boxy shapes. Use more of them to make curved surfaces. This set also contains a few wheels and doors to give the builds utility. The most widely advertised sets are licensed kits for vehicles or robots that contain specialized plates, triangles, wings, and such. Those are great for the specific build, but not versatile. Also, the price per piece is higher for those licensed kits. Great Sibling Fun
8, 6 and 3 year old played together for 1.5 hours straight. Pieces are sturdy and clean. Color sorting is a nice touch. Enough pieces for multiple children to deviate from the build manual without causing strife.
