made a purchase on the 14th after going back and forth wirh the seller about the item. the package was not dispatched immediately.On the 19th, the seller claimed that the package had been shipped, but upon checking the tracking information, it was evident that the package never left seller's location. Seller sends it on the 22nd after Ive request a refund. Long story short, I had a frustrating experience with a seller who failed to ship my purchase promptly and ignored my request for a refund.

She was late getting it to me. Then when I received the wrapping paper the box was open and the wrapping paper looked like it had been stepped on and had been wet. I asked for a refund and she refused . Then said “What do you expect for $5.00?!! I checked the listing and there is no mention of the damag to the wrapping paper. She told me to send it back and she refused to pay for the shipping.
