    Shipped poorly, came with three broken pieces and it would not function, company tried to do a return outside eBay over the phone. Once they received the return then try to give partial refund because I shipped it back poor. I shipped it in two new heavy duty boxes with thick base and it was dry when they received it. I got it looking like it to a dip in a lake and a truck ran over it, it did have plenty of packing peanuts . I see why their rating is so low.

    Handy piece of equipment!!

    Easy to use, colors are always bright, if document is thinner paper, be sure to use a document holder. Once in awhile, it will act like it doesn't want to scan. Unplug it and start over. Make sure all plugs are connected correctly.

    Excellent Scanner - OK Software

    The ScanSnap S1500M was easy to setup and use. The limiting factor is that it does not support TWAIN so everything is through their proprietary software, though it is easy to use.
