      What a machine!

      It's like having a mom. Everything is ready in notice. The kitchen does not heat up and the food come out with amazing tastes and smells. I really love this appliance. I've shared it with two of my sisters. Now three of us own this appliance. My pressure still gets hi-jacked but it's all good. I do a lot of cooking and I highly recommend this product. It is very easy to use and clean.

      Awesome Pressure Cooker

      My dad had this exact model and it lasted 6 years using it 2-3 times per week. The only reason it broke was because he dropped it. This pressure cooker is really easy to use. It has pre-programmed cook times for common items, but my wife just manually enters the time that she wants it to cook. Makes cheaper meats so tender that they melt in your mouth.

      Yes, it was a good value for the price I was able to get it here. It is simple to use. Guideline instruction manual included was informative for me but I'm not new to pressure cooking. I can't say about durability because I haven't used it enough yet. The size is good since there's only 2 of us now. Holds plenty. The only thing I'm not real impressed with is the non stick aspect of the pot. I prefer stainless steel and not sure how it will hold up even with utmost care. Takes much less time to pressure up than others I have used, tho. I like that! Everything I've tried in this came out very good. Time will tell!

      Great and convenient

      It's a lot bigger than I expected, but a great value for the price I paid. However, the preset buttons are pretty much useless as they are not very accurate. I tried to cook chickpeas with the "beans & grains" preset, and it only cooked halfway. It takes 45 mins or so with manual option. Still pretty good value for the money and easy to clean and stuff.

      Does Everything it supposed to Do. What more can you Ask For!

      This is an update regarding my MaxiMatic Pressure Cooker. I decided that using the pre-set button for the meat did not perform to my liking. After I used the temp control button for the temperature I wanted, I was amazed to see that the meat actually came out perfect and it also tasted great. The veggies came out perfect also. If you read the instructions carefully..you can't go wrong. This unit came with a manual and a few recipes. Also included was a measuring cup, spatula and 2 other items. I highly recommend this Elite Maxi Matic EP607 Pressure Cooker. Not only for the value but for the performance as well.
