I have not tried the Earth Auger yet, but it has arrived promptly, in excellent condition, with all the parts and with an informative user guide. I had some issues with the item listing not lining up exactly with the product received which caused me a little consternation. However upon contacting the seller, I was quickly able to resolve these issues and not only was I fairly compensated for the bother, the seller also quickly corrected the listing so future buyers wouldnt suffer (a rare occurrence these days as it is).
