I don't know how this person acquired this lighter. But I must say it was in mint, practically untouched condition to the point where nothing had been opened. Everything in the packaging was as it was manufactured. I restored the lighter to working condition and no issues. The seller clearly has an ability to find quality goods. If you have a chance to buy from them you are likely to get the same quality I did.

Pen set arrived in new, as advertised (ballpoint cartridge dried) condition in original box in excellent packaging. They are exquisitely beautiful, function perfectly and write as smoothly as any of my pens( over 100) on 9 brands of paper. The ball point can use Pelikan or Parker refills.I am very happy with them. Shipping cost was nominal. Shipping time was fast by seller; slow by USPS. Seller could not have been more helpful in communicating. I highly recommend him & will deal again with him.
