I deeply frustrated with this seller, I reached-out to them immediately regarding the issue and requested a replacement or refund. They asked me to check if the device became loosened in shipping and to just reassemble it. They are wrong, the item shipped in a retail store box, I worked on reassembling the SodaStream for 20 minutes with no luck, I again requested a Refund or Replacement! I guess you get what you pay for! I'll just spend my hard-earned money on Amazon from now on!
