Shipped the card without taping the top load. Card slid out and curled the corner. Now seller sends me message saying he knowingly sold a card with damage that he did not describe in listing.

Buyer was immediately confrontational and accusatory. I immediately offered a refund, despite the fact we did not agree on how the card was supposedly packaged, nor the condition of the card at purchase or received. He has fabricated something I have never said, or done, with a previous 100% positive rating. A refund was offered THREE times. The buyer’s response to the refund offer was that he’d, “send the card back pieces.” Telling the whole story is usually better.
