The quality of the original pair of these boots was not as described due to missing an eyelet for the laces. I made them aware of this and they immediately replied. They offered a replacement pair and took full accountability and admitted this was a mistake. They are exactly as described besides this, they are good value and appear as described. Plenty of tread left on the soles. 10/10 seller
