It works and plays perfectly in all respects. I'm principally using it for playing multchannel music SACD's using the 5.1(5.0) discrete analog outputs for my custom audiophile system. I just had to make it easily region free for DVD movies with a *Region free unlock DVD* (from eBAY seller). I also use it for an occasional Blu-ray (Oppo was Region free). This sale could not have been better.

It arrived very fast considering it was coming from Japan. Arrived in about 5 days. Would 100% recommend, would buy from this seller again.
