Describes as “new”; was not the case. I communicated this to seller, providing them multiple pictures , and the initial response was, “that’s not possible”. The item was described as new. It was not sealed and the contents were arranged in a way that screamed either “open box” or “used”. The seller then said, “maybe I shipped you the wrong one but it is new”. I asked for a refund that aligned with market used price. They refused, offered $25 = there shipping cost. I didn’t take it
