Jacket arrived later than expected and in worse condition than described. I reached out to the seller and requested a parcial refund. Seller apologized for the inconvenience and issued a $5.99 refund (less than the shipping cost). In light of the situation, I would have expected the seller to offer the chance to return the item. If I'd known the shape the jacket was in I wouldn't have bought it. I will have to spend more than expected to fix it.
