Relieve compression in lower back, promote healing

Small, yet effective
Had a bulging disc for many years and recently developed sciatica. Used this for about a week and my back is suddenly more flexible! Also the back pain has gone down so much, I don't even have to take ibuprofen at my job constantly. Keep in mind though, this is not a one all, fix all product. Exercise, along with stretching and strengthening, go a long way in helping your back. I highly recommend this product to anyone with back issues. Needed to regain lumbar curve badly. Used daily and within 2 weeks pain had significantly diminished bec of spinal nerve compression. Using now in conjunction w book BEING A SUPPLE LEOPARD. Both r excellent for helping with pain and stiffness. Allowing me to be more posture aware and understand I must change movement patterns in order to firmly resolve pain. Would highly recommend. Just make sure u place in correct position so that u do not compress sacral nerves. U won’t be disappointed if u stick w it. Needed to regain lumbar curve badly.
