A seller l give a 10 star rating - in a 5 star rating pole. Package wrapped so well it was overkill. They keep track and worried over my package getting to me on time way more than I did (because of bad weather, and yes it can early). The awesome Sony cd/cd-rw-rec-w1 cd recorder was listed as used but there isn't a spot on it to say it's not new. And works so awesome I'll be playing with this toy for a long time.
