The box that the hair dryer came with stated that it was rated for 1750 watts when I purchased one rated for 2000 watts. I have already messaged the seller twice with no replies. There's a good chance that the item I received is a knockoff of the original since there is zero communication from the seller and the product logo has some inconsistencies.
