Item depicted and described was accurate and made the decision to purchase easy. The item was packaged well and arrived fairly quick. Item was not as described. The seller did honor a refund though. Due to my work schedule I am not able to go to the post office just any day and when it took me a few days to ship it back, the seller got an attitude with me for no reason when I had been nothing but nice about the return situation. I wouldn't have had to return it if the seller just took better pictures and described the item correctly so I don't understand why they got an attitude with me. Would not do business with them again.

I’m Sorry you were not satisfied. The item was EXACTLY as pictured. Unfortunately, I used a template & it mentioned the cover was “glossy” when in fact it was “matte”. That was the ONLY issue. Calling me a “liar” or saying I’m a misleading seller was over the top. However, the item was exactly as pictured. It took you over a week to return an item you were so disgruntled about. I asked when were you sending the item back. If I sent an item late it wouldn’t not be acceptable. Good day 😃
