    A+ all the way--from customer support to product quality--the NetTalk Duo II is great!

    NetTalk Duo II has updated design from original Duo (for starters, it uses a micro USB power supply instead of a mini USB power supply so it is more standardized to current popular power cords). There can be some confusion with the new design because it now looks the same as the NetTalk Duo II Wifi device...BUT THEY ARE DIFFERENT. While each of them is clearly labeled (the NetTalk Duo II or the NetTalk Duo II WIfi), sometimes the pictures presented do not adequately represent what is being sold in the title of the item. SO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to what is being sold (ie - the actual description, not just the photo). We had no trouble getting help from NetTalk Customer support to set up the device. So much feedback discusses trouble getting in touch with customer support, but we got ...

    EASY TO USE - and SAVES LOTS OF MONEY

    Extremely easy to setup. I had Spectrum/Charter/Time Warner VoIP phone service. It cost me $30/month. This is just over $30/yr for the same quality. I was going to port my old number over, but I couldn't justify the cost of $30 for a phone number that's been used only 2-3 times in an 8-month period.

    Great product

    Considering it's mostly free, it's a pretty good product. It won't let me receive calls but I can make them. Sound quality echoes a bit, but I really only bought it for emergencies only. Works for my needs!

    Just do it and save money.

    Have used multiple NetTalk Duo's for nearly 10 years in home and remotely. Easy to set up and voice quality is very good. Saves a lot of money over standard land line cost. Only negative is in the rare case of needing support for a problem it has to be handled my e-mail or chat. Consider the savings......1 to 2 months of NetTalk cost is less than a year of local phone company charges. NetTalk includes long distance call and local phone company charges extra...

    netTalk is BAD, BAD, BAD

    BEWARE!! netTalk is a really bad outfit. You will spend hours trying to reach them. Anything less than an hour on hold is good service in netTalk's mind. Don't go near the place. Our service was out yesterday, and is down again today.
