Based on this recent transaction, a neutral rating is generous. I purchased the GPU on 22 February. The seller took 4 days to process and ship the GPU to me. The seller chose the slowest possible parcel service, with the package taking 11 days to reach me. When I got the package, I was dismayed at the careless packaging the seller used. Instead of putting the GPU in a static bag, they chose to wrap it in plain bubble wrap and shoved it in an Amazon mailer. So far, the GPU is working.

Our shipping policy is 3 business days, and the purchase was paid on Thursday. No shipment center was open on the weekend, we shipped it first thing Monday. We have no control over delivery time as carrier delayed delivery due to weather. If buyer wants faster service, needs to let us know to charge for a faster service. Item was well packed, if it was "shoved in an amazon mailer" it would be destroyed in shipment.
