Fast shipping! The filter plate was 4" too long even though the packaging shows it as 23" long. Maybe for a 20 gal long but not for regular 29gal. All these show the same so just know that before ordering. The description says it is 28" long by this seller so go by that -- . I just cut off the extra and welded the end on to get it to fit.

3100 Chevrolet Aluminum Head Next to firewall
It takes some patience and a little finesse to do this. But once you have done it a time or 2 it works easily. I do recommend that you try it on a head that is off of a engine first so you can get the hang of how it works. The spark plug holes that I did were on the backside of the engine and you had to kind of feel for the tool to engage the threads. It is a real time saver though as did not have to pull the head. No chance of shavings getting into the cylinder either when you use grease on the tool to catch any debris or metal from chasing the threads. Once the threads are cleaned and straightened I do recommend using some anti seize on the spark plugs. This tool is a great time saver. It could have been a little longer but was able to manage it with not much problems. May ... It takes some patience and a little finesse to do this.
