Item was just as described although admittedly it took a while to ship out. The packaging also wasn't very great and tbh I'm surprised it didn't arrive damaged (as someone else mentioned, there was little to no padding and basically was just cardboard cutouts sandwiching the bare monitor). The bezel along one bottom corner needed to be finagled back on ultimately needing a bit of glue but I can't tell if that's from being used or from during shipping. Luckily the monitor itself works just fine.

The unit arrived w/ the HD loose and banging around in the case . UPS driver concerned. There is no hard drive carriage in the case. When contacted, seller said forgot to include that bit of info in the description.
The seller description stated HDMI port (which was needed and reason for purchase). It does not have HDMI port. Seller stated not responsible for the description,it was auto generated by ebay. I requested 15 dollar remittance for needed parts/adapter etc. Seller ignored request

It took forever to ship. I contacted the seller and they said they would ship it the next day. When I got it, the two monitors were on top of each other an then cardboard was wrapped around it. One monitor was damaged and the bezel was broken and the back of the monitor has a big crack on it. There was no bubble wrap so it came in damaged. Very disappointed!
