I bought a sewing machine/table/motor set. Everything arrived swiftly but the sewing machine head sadly was damaged and not working. There was also a discrepancy in the description so the seller replaced the head with a heavier duty head that better matched the description and discounted the original price all while paying for return shipping and everything. The seller went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Probably the best customer service I have experienced.
