    The package arrived early. The applique is spectacular! This would be an all around 5 star experience if not for the handling fee on top of postage. $4.00 seems excessive for the packaging used - a paper poly mailer, two sheets of paper and three sheets of tissue. Still, it is a truly lovely item.
