Good communication with seller in chasing Evri and the option of offering a replacement. Would recommend seller but not Evri courier service, they are diabolical.

    Received the item with big Crack - seller blame it on the delivery company and asked to return the item. Returning item is a bit too much hassle for me (packing, going to post office and pay for the return post), so I've asked seller to compensate by some refund instead. Seller wouldn't agree and I don't have time to waste by going back and forth. I would not buy from this seller again.

    Why are the parts so flimsy?

    The first time of use, the side bracket fell off. I searched for it and finally found it under a sofa. This was disconcerting because the original floorhead from Dyson had been used for two years and this never happened.
